I am Muneera, and this is my story with Sheikha to fulfill a dream that has always fueled our passion: bringing the hidden gems of Asian cuisine to the heart of Doha.

Our journey stretched from Thailand to Phuket, from Koh Samui to Bali, and all the way from China to Hong Kong. We had so many burning questions about how to capture the spirit and essence of Asia and bring it home.

It’s not just about the balanced taste that needs no addition or enhancement. It’s about a journey of flavors, where each bite in the heart of Doha can take you on a culinary adventure to ancient Asia.

Our dream began in 2017, just as an idea. Two years later, it came to life on the shores of Pearl Island, where we proudly opened Qatar’s very first Qatari-born local Asian Fusion restaurant.
